Just as good as it gets. The service was same day within 2 hours. There were 2 non-working garage doors. They were willing to rehabilitate one and sell just one new unit to replace an opener with a faulty motor. Their price was more than fair and the service by technicians was friendly, responsive and courteous. This is a company that says it would repair any kind of unit and they were true to their word.

The technician came exactly on time to provide an estimate on repairing my noisy and drafty, badly in need of adjustment garage door. He seemed so knowledgable and gave me suggestions to improve the door without being at all pushy to sign up for additional work. His was the second estimate I got, because of his attitude and good explanation of the mechanics, I didn't hesitate to give him the job. He went to work immediately, finished in about an hour, had all the needed parts right in his van. I fully recommend him.
The technician was very nice and helped fix my garage door. They came right on time and on a Sunday too, which was great since my door could not close at all. He was able to adjust the tension of my cables, replace a pulley, as well as fix my broken wiring so that I could use my automatic door function (had not been working for more than a year now). He tested it a few times to make sure the door was working before he left. Price was fair and overall a pleasant experience. Thanks again!
Showed up on time. Workmen were very professional. Most important of all they were honest. It looked like a major problem to us but it turned out to be a simple fix. They charged us for a few inexpensive parts and they had our doors up and running in no time. Our friend who recommended them told us that he has referred them to friends and family and everyone has been very satisfied. The reason I'm taking the time to write this review is because I've had too many garage door company horror stories over the years and now I finally have a great one.

Fast, friendly, and professional service. I was locked out of garage when I accidentally reset the garage door opener. The first garage door service didn't bother to return my call. They picked up my call immediately, and gave me a time frame when they would come. He arrived when he said he would come. Resolved my problem in 15 minutes! Opened the garage door, reset the transmitter, installed keypad remote, and installed a manual key opener. They were not inexpensive, but I don't use a garage door service everyday. Saved me a lot of headaches being locked out all night.
EXCELLENT service. The technician came on Sunday to do a tune up on the garage door. He completed that task with true professionalism. Unfortunately, a small metal piece connecting the door to the opener broke Monday afternoon (by the way, there was NO way to notice this when he did the work on Sunday). We made an appointment for Tuesday but, since he was in the neighborhood, he stopped by this afternoon and replaced the broken piece. He refused to accept compensation for this job…
